HOW TO ENTER

DURATION OF COMPETITION

The competition opens at 8am, Friday, 14 August until Friday, 18 September 2026.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • The information on ‘How To Enter’ form part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’

  • This is a game of chance and the winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries.

  • Customers may not enter more than once.

  • Entry is open to Australian residents only.

  • Entries received after the close date will not be considered.

  • Employees and the immediate families of the promoter, Motto Motto Holdings Pty Ltd, and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.

  • Management and staff are not permitted to enter.

  • The winner must contact the page via messenger to provide the first name, surname and email address.

  • The prize winner must be over the age of 18 years.

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.

  • The prizes are not redeemable for cash, not transferable and must be taken as offered.

  • The prize must be claimed within one day of notification of the winning entry. If the prize is unclaimed after this period, it will be forfeited.

DETAILS OF PRIZE AND PRIZE VALUE

Prize: 1x ramen per week for 52 weeks.

Applicable ramens will be on the permanent menu at the time, or as advised by the team member on the day.

Prize Value: $985 (approximately)

  • The prize value is correct at the authorisation date of the competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any subsequent variation in value.

  • The prize is not redeemable for cash and not transferable and must be taken as offered.

  • The prize will be offered to the winner as vouchers via the MyMotto App.

  • Each voucher sent is available for 7 days, and unused vouchers will expire after this time.

  • Each voucher will be sent at 10am (AEST) every Monday to the winners MyMotto Membership account.

WINNER DETERMINATION

  • The prize winner will be randomly selected by a third party paid service and entries will be selected from the pool of eligible entries on the MyMotto app.

  • The Promoters decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into.

  • The prize winner’s first name will be published on the Motto Motto website within 24 hours of the close of the competition.

  • The prize winner will be contacted directly via the email registered on the MyMotto App with the details of how to claim their prize.

ENTRANTS INFORMATION

  • By entering the promotion, you give the Promoter consent to use your personal information for further purposes and promotions unless you say otherwise.

  • The Promoter and Sponsor agree to keep confidential all personal details obtained by the Promoter and Sponsor during the Promotional Period and agree that such information will be used for the purposes of the promotion only.

  • If the customer chooses to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to use the customers name and photograph for marketing and publicity purposes.

LIABILITY

  • The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss] or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.

  • Unless due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all valid prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool value will be honoured.

  • If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, then it will be suspended subject to the approval gaming authorities in NSW, where required.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities where required.

  • If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision or part thereof shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions thereof shall remain in full force.

$1 RAMEN DAY EVENT — TERMS & CONDITIONS

$1 Ramen Day commences at the advertised event start time and runs strictly while stocks last. A maximum of 400 $1 ramen bowls are available at each event unless otherwise stated. Due to high demand, all 400 bowls may sell out quickly and the event may finish earlier than anticipated.

$1 ramen is limited to one (1) bowl per person. Guests must be present to claim their $1 ramen. Multiple bowls cannot be purchased on behalf of other guests.

The $1 offer applies to Classic Ramen only, served with pork chashu. Miso may be substituted as an alternative.

During the $1 Ramen Day event period, only the $1 Ramen, Iced Tea and Soft Serve will be available for purchase. The regular Motto Motto menu will not be available during the event.

The full Motto Motto menu will resume after the $1 Ramen Day event has concluded, subject to normal restaurant trading conditions and product availability.

$1 Ramen is available for dine-in or takeaway. Due to the nature of the dish, we recommend enjoying your ramen dine-in for the best experience.

The $1 Ramen offer is not available for delivery, online ordering or pre-order. Orders must be placed in person at the participating Motto Motto restaurant on the day of the event.

No reservations or bowls can be held. Availability is on a first come, first served basis.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or MyMotto reward.

MyMotto points, discounts or other promotional benefits cannot be redeemed against the $1 Ramen offer unless otherwise stated.

Product imagery is for illustrative purposes only. Ingredients and presentation may vary slightly between restaurants.

Guests are responsible for reviewing relevant allergen and dietary information before ordering. Please speak with the Motto Motto team regarding any dietary requirements or allergens.

Motto Motto reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the event or offer where reasonably necessary, including due to circumstances outside its control, stock availability, safety considerations or operational requirements.

Event dates, start times, participating restaurants and any event-specific conditions will be communicated on the relevant $1 Ramen Day event page and/or Motto Motto promotional materials.

Please note: $1 Ramen Day is a high-demand event. Joining the queue does not guarantee a $1 ramen. Once the allocated 400 bowls have been sold, the $1 Ramen Day offer is finished.
