MY MOTTO MEMBERSHIP
TERMS & CONDITIONs

1.   MyMotto Membership Program (“Program”) is operated by Motto Motto Holdings Pty Ltd, ABN 31 629 988 496 (“Motto Motto”). The Program is available at all participating Motto Motto restaurants across Australia. 

2.   Participation in the Program is for personal use only and open to individuals 18 years and over, with a unique and valid email address and mobile number. Individuals under 18 years must have parent or guardian’s permission prior to registering for the Program, and the parent or guardian must read and agree to these terms. Motto Motto reserves the right to request the parent or guardian to confirm consent of the individual’s participation at any time.

3.    You agree that you will only register one account as a user. Multiple accounts per user (determined by name, email or mobile number) will result in the accounts being closed, and any benefits and rewards attached to any of the accounts cancelled or forfeited, at the absolute discretion of Motto Motto.

4.   To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Register online by following the relevant iOS or Google Play link at www.mottomotto.com.au/mymotto;

  • Follow the prompts to register;

  • Complete and submit your details; 

  • Once you have successfully registered, you will be a MyMotto Member (also referred to as “you” in these Terms) of the MyMotto Membership Program. You will be provided with a unique MyMotto Member number and barcode, that will be contained within the welcome email that will be sent to the registered email address, and visible on the points page in the MyMotto app.

Benefits (Motto means more)

5.    Upon verification of your account, you agree to receive offers, benefits and rewards as determined and communicated by Motto Motto. Offers, benefits and rewards may be sent to you directly to your registered email, via the MyMotto App or advertised in various mediums and channels. All offers, benefits and rewards, including the birthday gift is offered exclusively to you and cannot be transferred, shared or exchanged, unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • You will be sent a birthday offer on the birthday date registered in your account. The birthday offer is valid for two weeks, available from the registered birthdate. One (1) birthday offer is issued per member per calendar year. Valid online (at the table, via the app and via the Motto Motto website), and at the counter in any Motto Motto restaurant. Single use.

6.    ‘Motto Points’ can be earned on every order, provided that the registered MyMotto account is signed in when ordering via the QR code at the table, by ordering via the MyMotto app, by ordering via the Motto Motto website (mottomotto.redcatcloud.com.au), or by scanning the membership ID barcode when ordering at the counter. 

  • Points earned: for every $1 spent, you will earn 10 Points. 
    Eg, a $12 purchase will result in 120 Motto Points.

  • Points exchange: a $5 voucher will be automatically added to the account when 1000 points have been earned. 

    • This will remove the 1000 points from the account in exchange. 

    • This $5 voucher is valid for 12 months and can be used via the ordering QR code at the table, ordering via the app or when ordering at the counter.

  • Points, benefits, rewards and offers under the MyMotto cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable or refundable.

  • Points cannot be earned in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

  • MyMotto Members can check the current points balance at any time through the MyMotto App or by logging into the registered account on the Motto Motto website www.mottomotto.com.au/mymotto or mottomotto.redcatcloud.com.au/app/  

  • Unused membership points will expire 12 months after the date of issue.

7.    To redeem the offers, benefits and rewards offered under the Program, you must sign in when ordering via the QR code at the table and follow the prompts, OR order via the MyMotto app and follow the prompts, OR sign in and order via the Motto Motto website (mottomotto.redcatcloud.com.au) and follow the prompts, OR scan the membership ID barcode when ordering at the counter - prior to the expiry date stated (no extensions will be given). 

Specific conditions may apply to certain offers, benefits and rewards supplied, of which will be detailed with the benefit, offers, rewards, advertising and/or communication. Redemption of the offers, benefits and rewards provided under the Program is not available through third-party providers.

8.    All offers, benefits and rewards added to your account are valid for a maximum of 14 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated (eg, 1-day only events and offers). The valid date range can be viewed below the offer name, on the offers page via the MyMotto app.

9.    All offers, benefits and rewards will be sent to the MyMotto App or registered email, and are subject to availability. Substitutes may be offered at Motto Motto’s discretion. Any prices or values stated in connection or for a benefit or reward is correct at the time of publication. Blackout periods, such as public holidays, restaurant closures etc, may apply. Motto Motto in its absolute discretion may change or amend a benefit or reward, including ceasing the benefit or reward, without notification. Motto Motto is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, damaged or undeliverable benefits, offers and rewards.

10.   Benefits and rewards can be earned for orders made via theMyMotto app, by signing in as a member and ordering via the Motto Motto website at mottomotto.redcatcloud.com.au, by signing in and ordering via the QR code at the table, or while ordering and scanning the membership ID barcode at the counter.  Benefits and rewards cannot be earned or redeemed against orders made through third party providers, delivery services or other goods or services as communicated by Motto Motto from time to time.

11.   You may receive personalised offers that are only available to you and other select members, as determined by Motto Motto. Certain benefits and rewards may not be available to all MyMotto Members because of age, or legal requirements, for an example benefits involving alcohol. It is at Motto Motto’s absolute discretion whether to supply you with these or any benefits or rewards.

General

12.    Personal information collected by Motto Motto will be used to communicate with you and provide you with offers, benefits and rewards under the Program. Participation in the Program is conditional to you providing the required personal information. You consent to receiving marketing communications through the MyMotto App and via email, unless you advise us otherwise and you agree to the release of your personal information to authorised third parties as necessary to carry out the Program. 13.   It is the responsibility of the MyMotto Member to advise Motto Motto of any change of account details including name, email, mobile number etc as soon as practicable after the change. Updates can be made on the MyMotto app via the ‘Update Profile’ page or by contacting Motto Motto directly at mymotto@mottomotto.com.au, further verification requirements may be required. Motto Motto is not responsible for any late delivery or loss of offers, benefits or rewards relating to any failure by you to notify us of any change in your details.

14.   MyMotto Members are responsible for all activity in the account including any activity by a third party. Individuals cannot share or have multiple individuals use or redeem the same account. Only one account can be linked in the Program.

15.   Motto Motto is not responsible for any unauthorised use or access of a MyMotto Member’s account, including through the MyMotto Member’s barcode and redemption of benefits and rewards by third parties, including the unauthorised use of a reward code sent to a member. It is each My Motto Member’s responsibility to protect your account from misuse or access.

16.   Motto Motto reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity and status of actual or prospective MyMotto Members, registrations, verification of account details and any benefits or rewards issued and redeemed, including a MyMotto Member’s identity, age, email and mobile number.

17.   In the instance of a dispute of identity (including name, age, email or mobile number) of an actual or prospective MyMotto Member, Motto Motto reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to reject or determine the identity of the member.

18.   MyMotto Members’ accounts will expire if no transactions are made on the Account for a consecutive period of 12 months, after which any benefits and rewards earned or supplied will be forfeited, with no remuneration.

19.   MyMotto Members must not provide false or misleading information to Motto Motto and must not alter, reproduce, disclose or interfere with the details of other members including prospective members.

20.   Use of the Program may be dependent on certain hardware and software to operate, use or access any part of your account including benefits and rewards. Motto Motto is not responsible for MyMotto Members inability to access the Program due to incompatible hardware or software.

21.   Motto Motto reserves the right, in its absolute discretion and without prior notice, to remove offers, benefits and rewards, terminate or disqualify any members.  Motto Motto has reason to believe has contravened these terms or has tampered or compromised any part of the Program that could jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Program. Failure by Motto Motto to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Motto Motto's legal rights to recover any loss, damages or other compensation from such offender are reserved.

22.   Membership to the Program is free, however all expenses for internet access to use the Program, access the Program website or access benefits and rewards offered are the responsibility of MyMotto Members.

23.   Motto Motto may terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, which may result in loss of benefits and rewards and the cancellation of all benefits and rewards associated with the Program.  Offers, benefits and rewards are not your property and may be revoked, cancelled, limited, or modified at any time, even though such action may affect your right to use previously received  offers, benefits and rewards. Interpretation of these terms shall be at the absolute discretion of Motto Motto, whose decision will be final. Motto Motto is not liable for benefits and rewards that are lost due to fraudulent, unauthorised, or other unacceptable use. Should the Program be suspended or cancelled at any time, a notification will be placed on the Motto Motto website, at a minimum.

24.   Motto Motto's decision in relation to all matters arising under this Program is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered.

25.   Any tax liability connected with receipt, use or redemption of any benefit or reward under the Program is the responsibility of the My Motto Member.

26.   Events beyond Motto Motto's control, such as computer equipment or electronic data transmission failure, strikes, acts of God, civil disturbances, terrorism or war, which may materially affect our ability to perform, may cause us to suspend or terminate the Program. Motto Motto is not responsible for such instances including without limitation any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in the Program.

27.   These Terms are to be read in conjunction with, and subject to, any additional Terms governing any benefit, promotion, discount or offer operated by Motto Motto. In the case of any inconsistencies, these will prevail.

28.   To the extent permitted by law, Motto Motto will not be liable for any damages, loss or claim that you may suffer or incur (including but not limited to consequential loss) because of your use of the Program. The Program including all benefits and rewards is provided as supplied without any warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. Motto Motto disclaims all warranties of merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for a purpose or that the Program will be error-free or free from harmful code.

29.   By reason of occasional technological difficulties, and to the extent permitted by Australian Law, Motto Motto will not be liable for any compensatory or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with use of the Program including the inability to use the Program even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages. You release Motto Motto, its officers, contractors, employees and agents against all loss, claims, costs, demands, damages and liabilities related to use or inability to use the Program.

 

STUDENTS GET MORE | TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Promotional Period: Monday - Friday, until 31 December 2024.

"Students Get More" offer is valid at all participating Motto Motto restaurants for registered MyMotto Members, when ordering at the counter.

The offer is one (1) free drink with the purchase of a full-priced bowl. 

Free drink can be claimed as one (1) free beverage from the fresh ice tea range OR, one (1) free cool ridge water.

Bowl does not include dishes included in the ‘sides’ category, gyoza or motto-snack or motto-kids meals.

To claim the offer, students must present their Student ID or be wearing a student uniform as proof of being a student.

The free drink can only be redeemed in-person at the counter, at the time of placing the order.

The free drink offer can only be redeemed for one (1) free drink with the purchase of one (1)  full-priced bowl, per transaction.

Must be attending a High-School, TAFE or University at time of transaction to be eligible to claim the offer.

Must present valid Student ID for verification if requested. Management reserves the right to refuse offer if a valid Student ID isn’t presented, and if there’s no reasonable means to confirm status as a current student. 

The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

 

MEAT FREE MONDAY | TERMS & CONDITIONS

"Meat-Free Monday" offer is valid at all participating Motto Motto restaurants for registered MyMotto Members.

The offer is for one (1) free plant-based miso ramen with the purchase of a full-priced plant-based miso ramen.

The “Meat-Free Monday” offer is available on the ‘offers’ page of the MyMotto app to current and new members.  The “Meat-Free Monday” offer validity, conditions and redemption information is as detailed in the “More Details” on-screen pop-up.

Available for MyMotto members who visit the restaurant on a Monday. To redeem the offer, members can;

  1. Sign in when ordering via the QR code at the table and follow the prompts to redeem the Meat Free Monday offer, OR

The "Friday Frenzy" offer is available and applied automatically to MyMotto member accounts that are signed in when ordering via the qualifying ordering method.   

Available for MyMotto members who visit the restaurant on a Friday. To qualify and for the offer, members can;
