Following the huge response to our Chicken Katsu Sando earlier this year, this new collection takes a courtside classic and elevates it with fine-dining techniques, fresh kale slaw and sensational sauces. Chicken Katsu (New & Improved) - Golden, crunchy panko-crumbed Aussie chicken breast layered with kale slaw and tonkatsu sauce. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
Orange–Yuzu Crispy Fish - A bold, sweet-and-sour twist on a guest favourite. Crispy fish meets tangy orange–yuzu dressing, crunchy kale slaw and a squeeze of lemon - bright, refreshing and built for summer.
Curry Prawn - Five juicy prawns coated in rich Japanese curry with creamy kale slaw. A legendary mix of spice, crunch and Japanese comfort.
